General Policies

  • A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
  • Guests may cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to their reservation date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made closer to the date of arrival will be charged for the number of days within that 2-day timeframe.
  • If the room can be re-booked, a full refund minus $25 administrative fee will be automatically processed.

Special Graduation Weekend Policies

  • Reservations for this event are non-refundable.
  • There is a two-night minimum required
  • Credit cards will be charged at the time of the reservation.

Rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional guests are $10 per person per night.
Children under 12 are $5.
Holiday and special event weekends require a 2 night minimum

Dogs Welcome!

A $10 per day fee will apply.
Dogs over 40 pounds must be crated if you plan to leave your room unattended at any time.
During the warmer months we can recommend several cafe’s and restaurants that have outdoor seating which is dog-friendly.
Dog walking services are available upon request for an additional fee.
(service dogs are always welcome of course)
