General Policies

  • A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Additional guests are $10 per person per night. Children under 12 are $5.
  • Holiday and special event weekends require a 2-night minimum

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to their reservation date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made closer to the date of arrival will be charged for the number of days within that 2-day timeframe.
  • If the room can be re-booked, a full refund minus $25 administrative fee will be automatically processed.
  • No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs Welcome!

 

  • A $15 per day fee will apply for each pet.
  • Dogs must be crated if you plan to leave your room unattended at any time.
  • Do not leave your animal, even if crated, for more than 1 hour.
  • During the warmer months, we can recommend several cafes and restaurants that have dog-friendly outdoor seating.
