General Policies
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Additional guests are $15 per adult per night. Additional children under 12 are $10.
- Holiday and special event weekends require a 2-night minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations made through external booking sites or reservation desks will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policies stated on those sites. The following less-restrictive cancellation policies apply to reservations made through this website or by calling us directly at 802.442.6278:
- Special Policy for Bennington College May Graduation: Reservations booked for graduation weekend may be cancelled up until 4 weeks prior to the reservation date for a $15 fee. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the check-in date will be charged in full.
- For all other dates, travelers who cancel at least 72 hours prior to 3 pm EST on the check-in date will be charged a $15 administrative fee. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours prior to 3 pm EST on the check-in date (including no shows) will be charged for up to 3 nights plus tax.
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Dogs Welcome!
- We have dog-friendly rooms available upon request for a fee of $15 per dog/per night. All other animals must be approved directly by phone and are subject to very limited availability.
- Dogs must be kept on leash when outside guest rooms.
- Pets must be crated if you plan to leave your room unattended at any time.
- You must leave a cell phone number with the office if you intend to leave your animal in a room unattended. Pets may not be left unattended for longer than 2 hours or between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am.
- You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if your animal eliminates in a room.
